To keep ourselves In pace with the competitive & challenging world of business we help our people sharpen their skills on a regular basis, HRI gives a lot of importance to the training and development at each level of the organisation.

HRI has an in-house Learning and Development (L&D) division which takes care of regular trainings of the employees in all divisions. Few trainings offered by L&D division are as under:


  • Factory level on-job training for manufacturing & production, warehouse management and computer training.
  • Sales & Distributor management at all levels in the sales division.
  • ERP training to the sales team and the distributors/stockiest.
  • Product training to sales staff at regular intervals.
  • Training on ERP and Computer knowledge to the audit team at Head Office.
  • ISO system training.


External Training to employees relating to their profile.
  • Microsoft training to the IT professionals.
  • Brand and Marketing training to the Marketing team.
  • Packaging training for the Packaging development team.
  • ISO, FDA and MSME training to the Factory staff to keep them updated on latest trends in national & international market related to new packaging development, new process development, export norms etc.


External trainers are also called to train our employees on different topics like motivation, communication, personality development etc.

Regular evaluation is done on the training provided to the employee and owing to the same a reward scheme is worked out.

There is a regular process of taking feedback and suggestions which gives us an idea of which employee requires what training and how has training helped him or her & their team to perform better.
